Start with a clear audience brief
We build the audience brief around your programme, target roles and event market. Together, we agree who to invite and what makes the event relevant to them.
Send invitations and manage the replies
We research relevant business contacts and write invitations for your event. Each approved email explains the reason to attend and the pass conditions, with your registration link or form.
We answer questions and help interested contacts register, with follow-up and reminders within the agreed scope. You decide eligibility exceptions and any promises beyond the approved offer.
Use your registration process
Delegates register through your event's registration link or form. We help interested people complete that next step and use your registration updates to keep follow-up relevant.
Follow campaign progress
Follow the campaign from research and invitations through replies and registrations. We provide agreed progress reports and reconcile attendance with your team's check-in records after the event. Registrations and verified attendance are reported separately.
Agree the scope and fees
We can discuss a pilot or a managed campaign. Performance partnerships are available for suitable events, depending on how difficult the audience is to reach, the time and work involved, and the quality of registration and attendance records.
We work with a broad mix of event organisers. Tell us about your conference, roundtable or other professional event so we can assess the requirements and propose a scope.
