Website privacy

This notice covers the public Summitrix websites at summitrix.com and summitrix.co.uk. Summitrix is being developed by its founding team, Ankit Manglani and Jessie Wu. The business contact route is still being set up.

Using the website

You can read the service pages and articles without creating an account. The public site has no enquiry submission service, payment checkout or newsletter signup.

The event brief planner works in your browser. Its entries are used to create a file for you to download. The planner does not transmit those entries to Summitrix or store them in our enquiry database. Avoid entering personal contact details, attendee lists or confidential material.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers these pages. Requests to the site involve technical information such as your IP address, the requested URL and browser information. Cloudflare processes request information to deliver and protect its services. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for its practices.

We have not added advertising pixels, visitor analytics, embedded social feeds or marketing cookies to this public release. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.

Choosing your region

Cloudflare supplies a country code for each request. We use it to direct UK visitors to summitrix.co.uk. You can choose International or United Kingdom in the footer. An International choice stays in the links you follow on the site; we do not set a cookie or store your IP address for this preference.

Changes to the service

Before online enquiries or other services that collect personal information are enabled, this notice will be updated with the responsible business identity, a working contact route, purposes and retention information. Do not send personal data through the brief planner expecting a reply.
